I had a good experience overall with Appliance Masters, from the person I spoke to on the phone to the repairman they sent out, everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. At first I thought the diagnostic fee of about 70 sounded like a lot, but when they told me it would be applied to the cost of the repair, I figured it was no big deal. I knew I needed to have my dishwasher fixed and I wasn't going to know how to do it, so having a pro come to my house, figure it out and get it done the overall cost seemed reasonable to me.

I called these people recently for repairing my fridge. The technician was very personable. and even called me to know that their technician was on the way to my place. The same time when my fridge broke down, my washer was also not working right. The tech took a look at it while he was there and made a simple adjustment (simple for him!) that got it working again and he didn't even charge me for it. I am going to call the All City Appliance Repair if I ever need another appliance serviced.
The technician came to fix my washing machines. Two of them weren't working properly. Previously I contacted another company that sent some teenager who even didn't know exactly what he was doing, so I consulted these guys for getting second opinion. These technicians were knowledgeable, helpful, and fast. They confirmed the kid was trying to fix the wrong things in my washer. Actually the fault was electrical and he was pulling out plumbing stuf to check. Finally I decided on using this company. Their phone service techs are quite helpful too and so I recommend it to all.
