I have dealt with owner, John, for years. He has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for me. He has educated me as to how and why his cartridges more than measure up to ones made directly by manufacturer ( its the chip), and never tries to oversell me. I respect his business values as well as the integrity of his products. I like to patronize small American business- I would always make sure to but my ink and toner products from him.
