I have seen Dr. Stowell 3 times. The initial visit was 150.00 which was understandable for as a first time patient. My second visit was a brief follow-up to the first, and I was charged another 150.00 for a few minutes of his time. The third visit, 6 months later, to simple renew the same prescription for a topical hormone cream was another 150.00 for 15 minutes. In my opinion, I do not see 450.00 worth of value for the service provided.
