I started practicing Taoist Tai Chi 6 years ago. When I first started, I just went to classes because everyone was so nice. I had no idea of any of the health benefits that Taoist Tai Chi would provide. When I started I was in CHRONIC PAIN “24,7”. Everything hurt. Just to get through a typical day, I had to take 6 Advil and 6 Tylenol. After practicing eight months, once a week, I was pain free!!! My dark clouds are gone. I am the happiest then I have ever been and more than I ever thought I deserved. I am very grateful of what the Taoist Tai Chi has done for me and I continue to practice this Tai Chi so I can stay on the bridge of “good health and harmony.”

Have been taking Taoist Tai Chi classes a couple times a week for more than three years now. Love it! Wonderful group of people and the instructors and classes are great. Excellent way to take care of your body and mind - and a challenging but also fun and uplifting practice.

Started 6 years ago. Big thing is I am STILL PRACTICING and IMPROVING my Tai chi -- The benefits of a practice come from DOING THE PRACTICE I don't need something to try for a while or a gym membership I don't use. This group keeps me going and learning!

Tai chi is really so beneficial in every way and the best place to learn is at Taoist Tai Chi. Everyone is friendly and helpful and this is the best kind of tai chi to learn! You can drop in to a class in so many cities and countries around the world and everyone is doing the same form. It’s great!

Tai chi is such a great way to heal from an injury, with its gradual learning program, and experienced instructors. After three years, I have more flexibility, and now, I can even do the kicks and keep my balance.
