The customer service was outstanding, from the time of in store purchase, delivery and follow up from the store to make sure I was satisfied. I purchased the Luxebreeze 8 degree cooler mattress. I wasn't totally convinced of the cooling claim, however the bed is awesome and sleeps noticeably cooler than a traditional mattress. If you are a hot sleeper, this is the mattress to get. It's expensive but worth it!
