Honestly, I thought it was a lot bigger. It’s a little tiny lily pad “pond”. There was a little bridge over the water. There’s some signs explaining about different plants and what not. It’s not worth a drive to, but if I was on Scottsdale community college’s campus, I might go there to do some homework.

This is the smallest botanical garden I have ever seen. I did appreciate the signs around it that talked about the type of garden and the types of animals that would likely be there.

So get this I am sitting here minding my own business and I start to do some yoga poses. I really was focusing on my lower back and hip region. I close my eyes and take a deep breath to center myself. When I look up I see this big green face with a scowl on it staring down at me. It is none other then Arty the Artichoke. He tells me \Get up boy and hit the gym. Stop doing this pansy yoga stuff in my garden!

This is a beautiful pond reminescient of Arizona's naturally occurring wetlands, which act as wildlife beacons. Great place to study as the water cools off. The babbling Brooke is peaceful and calming. Surrounded by low water usage native Flora this is the perfect spot to learn about the Sonoran desert.
