Let me start off by saying, not all dealers are created equal. Ultimate Powersports is living proof of this! I had my eye on this Cooper for awhile. When I finally decided to take a look at it in person, I contacted these guys and set up a time for viewing. Due to some personal things I actually ended up having to reschedule for a few hours later and Terrance was happy to rearrange to make my experience as pleasant and worry free as possible. Upon arrival Terrance greated me with a friendly smile and a professional handshake. We walked right over to the mini to do a visual inspection before warming the car up for a test drive. After finishing the test drive I was certain I had found my new daily driver. Terrance made the buying process extremely pleasant and the entire time I felt like I was being HELPED not "sold to". I can't stress that enough. Any questions or concerns were met with a tone of understanding and helpfulness. These guys truly care about their trade, and offer nothing less than the best possible experience, start to finish. This was the BEST car buying experience ever!!! I blew the engine up on my car on Saturday and I needed to get into another car fast so that I had transportation to work on Monday and the rest of the week. I filled out the online application on Saturday night and explained my situation, also that we live up north in Camp Verde and if it was a possibility to do the deal on Sunday even though they were closed. Sunday morning Alex called me and let me know that he was doing family stuff that would get away when he could and go down to the office to run my credit and by Sunday afternoon we were driving away in my new car! My new car is AMAZING and I love it!! Would definitely buy from these guys again!!
