BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I visited Scottsdale Fashion Square Square Sunday 1/20 which is something I do every couple of months. Decided to get a car wash which they did an \okay\ job. The gentlemen didn't hand me my car keys but I guess this is a common practice. I was already driving back to Tucson when i noticed the remote had a missing button. This is so upsetting, its a brand new car under 2 months and now I have a damaged remote. The keys didn't get handed to me and I know its my fault for not checking. One thing I want to make clear, I know EXACTLY how I left the car and how it was when we picked it up. PLUS! My car was full of scratches. It appears that they dragged a dry towel instead of wetting the car first. I have contacted both valet service and detailing shop and no one one wants to help. One says they don't touch car keys and the other isn't accepting the case because I left the lot and didn't submit a claim before leaving the valet service. After submitting a complaint to the BBB I read many similar complaints.
