Horrible experience. Stopped for a quick dinner after a full day. We parked and walked to the stall on the patio to order. We pushed the famous red button and immediately heard, \Please hold\ and was happy to wait. After about 5 minutes a man walked to the other stall and pushed the button. Almost immediately he was answered with, \Please hold.\ Several minutes later that gentleman was tired of waiting and approached the window to place his order.

Went over and bought breakfast for a meeting (20 sandwiches), as always staff was courteous and helpful. Despite it being an early Sunday morning, the food was fresh and delicious. Good job Wendy's staff!

If you are a essential worker is best to go inside and pick up the food they're pretty quick
If you don't have an ingredient then state that at the time of order. Do not assume someone is okay with it. Then get an attitude when I want return the entire 20 order. We could of saved everyone time and energy if you just stated that you didn't have onions and pickles.
