These guys are awesome! Bought my first bike from them about 4 months ago, the process was easy, sales team was great, and my CBR500R has been awesome! Unfortunately I laid the bike down on a cold morning a couple of weeks ago, I brought it back to them for the repairs and Josh in service has been super helpful through the whole process. Highly recommend these guys!

1st impressions over the phone were good. Steve with parts gave me a 10% discount on a couple tires and said they would call when ready. Josh with service said it would take no more than 1 to 1 1/2 hours but they would only charge for 1 hour. Then crickets. Called about 4 weeks later and was told that my tires were in and had been in and that they had tried to call me. Call me??? No text, no voice mail, no missed calls from that number. Then made an appointment with service for installation. Confirmed 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Planned to drop the bike off, grab some lunch, go for a hike, then pick the bike up and go back across the valley. When I get there to drop the bike off, they told me 3 1/2 to 4 hours. I had to make 2 trips. Bummer.

Took my new Honda here for the first service at 700 miles. Our appointment was on time every part of the inspection was documented and very detailed. My bike runs great could not be happier with the performance. Wester Honda Team is a well-oiled machine of professionals who actually care about all their customers. Every department at the store from Sales, Finance, Parts and Service work in sync and make you feel part of the family. Compared to all the other Honda motorcycle dealerships in the Valley you will not be disappointed. Check it out for yourself ask for Allen in sales he was my starting point.
