Had a wonderful experience today at AAA. I expected a long wait, but walked in a was provided excellent service. The customer service representative was Charlene Ostroski, she very informative and professional. Kudos to the management team for hiring such a friendly and competent staff member. This is what keeps me renewing my membership. Thank you!
I have been a member of AAA for 40 years since 1980. First time I’m highly disappointed with their service. I called at 8am for battery service. It is now 3 hours later. I was told twice I would get a call from Clarks in Clarks Summit with an ETA. I’m Still waiting a call. AAA ought to drop Clarks as a provider. This is terrible service!
