I'm an out of town customer, and this shop has helped me out a couple times with shipping comics that I couldn't get because of COVID/stuff selling out. They're very responsive to inquiries via social media. They ship securely. And they really seem to care about their customers, even a guy who doesn't frequent their shop week-to-week (again, out of town). Beckie is amazing and incredibly helpful. She's very passionate about the medium and great with customers. She also does sketches for their orders that go out with every shipment. These are awesome people, with an awesome shop, and I will definitely continue buy their comics.

This is a great shop,right in downtown Scranton. The owner is very nice and knowedgable. Bought a comic I have been looking for and the owner helped explain why it was hard to find. Nice layout. Excellent surfer statue

I've been a customer of Comics on the Green since I moved to the area in 2007. Hands down one of the best shops I've visited since I started reading comics over 25 years ago. The shop is well organized, the staff knowledgeable and friendly, and everyone goes out of their way to help customers find exactly what they want (and sometimes books customers didn't even know they wanted yet!). I can't recommend this shop highly enough - over the years I've been everything from a casual customer to someone with a heavy weekly pull list. They've never let me down and treat everyone like they're the only customer in the store, even when it's a crowded Wednesday. Excellent selection of back issues, graphic novels, and of course all the latest single issues. They also have a very good collectibles area, though the primary focus is comics. Whether you are a dedicated collector, casual comics fan, or looking to find something new to read, you will feel at home at Comics on the Green.

The best comic shop in Scranton Wilkes Barre area. Staff is awesome and kind. The selection of books is fantastic. Many comic shops are dark and smell weird. This place is clean and bright. Family friendly. They do tons of events and Dave has an uncanny ability to remember your name. When I moved away for 5 years they shipped my comics to me and always took care of me. They do not have public bathrooms. If your in Scranton get your comics at the green!
