So Ray is a really cool guy. Very knowledgeable in screens and many other subjects. We got a complete set of screens for our entire house. Ray was wonderful to make right some of the things that went wrong. We did a fairly large order and he ran out of some metal track we needed to finish building 4 screens. He had them for us in just a few days, and made them to my exact measurements-- that I gave him, but they were about 1/8" too wide and tall, Ray made it right again. Very reasonable prices and the ONLY place in town you get treated like a person and not a number-- from a screen shop.
