this is the absolute must have if you are a stainless steel manufacture. The magic wand as we know it cleans welds fast and clean. This machine along with his cleaning solution will not leave white residue like the old acid machine. A MUST HAVE!! Don is a great guy if you get to know him

I'm not sure how this guy manages to stay in business with his attitude. When I questioned the type of product he wanted to use for my application he was about as rude as I've ever been treated telling me I "wasn't smart enough to understand his business" which is just screens--not rocket science. I do know the story he gave me during our conversation before it went south was false on two details (that I didn't point out) Sooo with that being said, I wouldn't expect him to back up any warranties or properly address poor craftsmanship issues, so like the old saying goes--"Buyer Be Ware". I'm not sure about his prices, we never got that far. I'm just grateful I didn't hire him or his company.

I called Screenpro a few weeks ago and spoke to a man name Don. I believe he is the owner or manager of the company. I called because I had a few questions about the products and what would be the best way to use them. Don said that he didn't want to waste his time with me because he didn't think I was a serious buyer. He also said if I wasn't planning on buying any of his products to never call him back. I have never experienced someone that was so unprofessional. Stay away from this guy. He just wants your money.
