I find the other reviews to be interesting. I think one star is too much for this company. I have personally dealt with the owner Jim and he is very arrogant and condescending. I have a deck building company and we used tens of thousands of their products. Long story short, the product is a failure and they are not honoring their warranty. I am getting constant push back. They do not stand by their product. Use Simpson or other brands of fasteners as you will save yourself much agony and frustration.
