Fantastic people. An enjoyable tow experience actually. Hassle free, courteous, knows their stuff, and keeps checking on you throughout the tow. The entire process was simple and safe. Would absolutely use them again!
Its never good to breakdown but, Capt Nate of Sea tow Lake Norman, Made it an absolute pleasure to be rescued. A wonderful young man with a pleasant personality and attitude. Don't see that a lot these days. Great job, Sea tow and especially Capt Nate!
Sea Tow is there when you need them and this is the best money you can spend for peace of mind on the water. I have been a customer of Sea Tow for a long time and had not had to use their service in over 5 years. On my first trip out after the winter, I had to call them for what I thought was only a dead battery. The Captain stayed in contact with me while he traveled up to our location on the lake. As luck would have it, it was more than a battery and I had to be towed back to the marina. This was an excellent experience and a reminder why every boater should have Sea Tow. You may not use them every year but when you have to make the call, it is worth every penny.
