Chair is great, when its working! Customer service personell is fine, but wish I didn't have to wait on hold between 1.5 to 2.5 hours each time I call. 2 months now with a chair that doesn't work. Parts sent out. Supposed to be contacted by sub contractor tech within 48 hours after parts arrive. 1 week later, still no call. Called infinity back and waiting for a call back to schedule repair date. (More delayed time) I understand things don't always go smoothly, but for how expensive these chairs are, I would expect a better result. For someone with severe back issues, this chair is great, I just wished the service department would follow the repair process to make sure their customers are getting what they pay for and treated better. Seems everyone who reviews has the same consensus, great chair but warranty and repair process needs to be better managed.

We love the two chairs we’ve had at the office. Five stars for them other than a minor issue which was resolved. The one star is for Nick in support. If you ever get Nick on the phone for support just hang up, as I eventually did. I didn’t call for your life story and to be interrupted while I try to speak.

This would be the second review i type. You will NOT see any negative reviews on the company's web page infinitymassagechairs. as they review them and only allow positive feeds.. I bought a massage chair October 13, 2019 and after a few uses in one month, the chair stopped working. It's now January 28 and my chair is still down. The warranty process is a nigh mare, since they branch out to third party companies for repair. A part had to be ordered that took a week to arrive. Once the part arrived, we had to wait to be contacted by the technician. Unfortunately, the tech' contacted us and said it would be another week before he could come install it; since he was out sick and had to be cleared by the doctor. As the new part was installed, the chair still did not work and a different part had to be ordered. It took 10 additional days for the other part to arrived and 4 days for the tech to contact. When he called us, he said he was out of town and it would be another week to install the part. I have not been able to enjoy this chair and it's been very stressful so far. Who knows if the second part/install will get the chair working as we have been waiting for over a month now. THIS IS SOMETHING IS NOT DISCLOSED ... DO NOT BUY ONCE OF THESE CHAIRS AS YOU WILL BE AT THE MERCY OF THE TECHNICIANS AND THE WARRANTY DEPT. THEY HAVE STOPPED ANSWERING OUR EMAILS AND CALLS.

I would love to give this chair five stars, because it works great - when it works! The major issue to consider when buying a massage chair is this: will the store I buy it from do the service work and do they really know how to service it? I've had mediocre service on repairs and have replaced the rollers myself. I have an electrical issue now and have spent over 750 on service and parts and it still doesn't work after over two months of down time. Hopefully, we will find a solution soon.
