I love my apartment. Planning to live here for the foreseeable future. The floors are gorgeous, as are the counters. Appliances are good quality. I have a Jacuzzi bath tub which I use regularly. Staff is understanding and accommodating--I had to rush out of town a few weeks ago for a funeral and they fed my cat, no extra charge. The salt water pool is beautiful and is a great place to hang out when it's hot out. The only complaint I have is that there are alarms that go off quite often (possibly due to the construction?) but I've gotten used to them.

I went on a tour of this place last week..It was Top Notch from the moment I walked in..Katie met me with a Big Smile and made me feel very Welcome. She answered every one of my questions with kindness and clarity. From there she showed me a few different apartments and was very impressed with everything that I was shown. Looking forward to joining them as soon as my lease ends here where I'm at. Thank you again ladies

I am moving into 3300 Towers Seabrook. I have been dealing with Katie for the most. The process has been amazing and communication. This place is absolutely amazing. Kristen is unbelievably on her game and such a sweet woman. Stephanie and Bridget are always helpful and they take care of any issues effectively and timely. I'm fortunate enough to have the best view in the house and I don't think it's going to be easy getting me to leave since they treat me so well. Love the Towers, love the staff. Def recommended for luxurious living.

Living here as been a great experience. The current office and maintenance staff are friendly and respond quickly. I'm in the process of moving to a new unit within the complex and Katie has been so helpful to make the process seamless and stress free. Thank you!
