1/19/2020 - I was having problems with my Seagate Backup Plus Hub 4 TB. It simply wasn't working so I contacted Seagate recovery services and real quickly they let me know they are ready for me to mail the HD in. On 02/27/2020 I received a new Seagate Backup Plus Hub and a Seagate Backup Plus Portable 4TB. And then a charge appeared in my bank account for 650. I was not informed of this charge at all and was really upsetting cause it made my account overdrawn. They guarantee a high percentage of your files recovered. Mine were not. Less than half were recovered. I could actually saved that 650 and not done it and recovered my own files myself. Now currently date 4/29/2020 I'm trying to get a hold of Zach and inform him of my displeasure and I am demanding at least 50% of my monies back into my account. 4/30/20. - Finally got a hold of someone thru social media, messenger. It seems like a run around, but no it wasn't. I got thru. FINALLY on 5/25/20 - I received an email stating, \ I have contacted our finance team regarding your refund issue and let us now wait for their response.\ and 2 days later I got my refund for 650. YES!!

Worst Company to deal with, I bought 40 Brand New Hard-Drives with a Boot/Reboot issue, Contacted Seagate Tech. Support they Couldn't Fix them and they won't replace them, Bad Customer Service and useless Warranties, Better go with Western Digital.
