We were told to bring a tool in for repair by the main store. When we got there, the employee was very rude. From the other end of the store she practically screamed that they do not repair these and turned her back. It would have been nice to have encountered an employee with some customer service skills, maybe suggesting some solution instead of shrugging when asked for another option?

HORIBLE SERVICE!!!! Absolute JOKE!!!! I tried to order a part but I was put on hold multiple times, they hung up on me 5 TIMES!!!!
