I've been in seasons north for two years now. The rooms are large and the maintenance is awesome. The kitchen is pretty small for four people, and it is inconvenient that there are only three working washers and two dryers for the entire building. It is nice to be so close to campus, but the busy intersection sometimes keeps me awake. Overall, pretty nice apartments.

Seasons North has been a good experience! I have lived here for two years now. Pros: Very very close to campus - just north of the AFEC. It takes me about 8 minutes to walk from here to the General Classrooms building. Medium-large bedrooms, depending on which ones you get Large closets Fully furnished Close to campus Large TV included in unit Free laundry Only 4 people to an apartment Management is responsive and maintenance requests are done fast Cons: Laundry room is attached to the back of the building - it kinda freaks me out and I don't like going there after dark. There is also a large drop between the parking lot floor level and the laundry room floor level. Additionally, there are only 3 washers and 2 dryers. Kitchen isn't that large. Even though there are 4 people in the apartment there isn't enough space for everyone's dishes and food. Extremely limited counter space in kitchen, and the kitchen table is bolted to the floor. The chairs are also very loud against the tile floor. Private bathroom's shower is very small - about 2.5ft square. (this is only for the private room/private bathroom room assignment) Included drawer units are generally only two drawers, and are relatively shallow as well. We've also had some weird things that have been left as drawers (like filing cabinets??) but after management was contacted it was switched out with the regular drawer unit The heater's terrify me. They are long bars attached to the wall underneath the beds with dial controls - mine doesn't have any numbers so I'm afraid to turn them on and melt things. My roommates don't mind them though, so it's more of a personal opinion. Walls are kind of thin - my roommates haven't had issues but in my bedroom I can hear the parking lot, various pipes, and occasionally tenants in other apartments. Overall, these are good apartments! They definitely show their age, but are generally clean and nice.
Great apartments always clean, hot tub is amazing and great location
I really enjoy living here! The apartments are nice and roomy and management is great! We had a couple issues but maintenance is always super fast to come and fix things & they are always prompt about answering questions. Would highly recommend living here!
The Seasons Apartments are so nice! The pricing is quite low for what you get; a spacious room, laundry facilities, a nice living room area and a lot more. Management has been nothing but helpful. My apartment had a couple of hiccups while my roommates and I were settling in, but they answered our maintenance request in a timely manner and made the whole process pain-free. If you’re looking for well-priced, close-to-campus living, you should seriously consider Seasons Apartments.
