If you are missing your luggage dont contact BAGS, you will only hear lies about when it will be arriving and slow down the process of actually getting your bag to you. Tip the driver if they are nice, they don't make much and are independent contractors. If you are thinking about working here, I would advise you to look elsewhere. You will have issues with your pay being short and the upper management could care less about you as a person.

The WORSE customer service and business. Terrible communications, extremely slow and does not follow up. No airport or airlines should be utilizing their service if they actually cared about customer service.

Terrible communication. Expectations set high - very poor delivery. Sometimes all it takes is a quick phone call/quick txt/ simple email to keep business relations in a professional manner. It’s called communication. Learn it. Live it. These people do not know how to communicate professional. Good luck to you next customer. They will need it.

I really want to give a better rating, because the staff really was quite helpful, but the simple fact of me b needing to go there was enough to drop the rating to a 1-star. Because Bags Inc monopolized the delivery market, their service can tank and there is nothing that anyone can do about it. In this instance, I had gone to their distribution center to retrieve a ush\ car seat delivery and personally take it to one of our elite passengers because it had already been in Bags Inc's possession for 6 hours. The week was exceptionally busy for bag deliveries, but with delivering bags being the sole function of this company, I would've expected contingency plan for times as such.
