This place was a joke, I'll never enter it again. Got stuck in gridlock and couldn't even get out of my parking spot. Luckily I'm in a big truck so I backed over the curb and drove across the field to the main road.

Always room and a convenient location. 1 thing I wish was changed is the intersection light. There's no dedicated left turn light and only one or two cars make it through a green left turn light. Fix it!!!!!!!

The food options were a little limited but overall a great place to stay. Bathrooms are very nice and stocked and the staff were very accommodating! I'd definitely suggest staying here again next time you're in town.

It was nice. I was not worried about homeless people. There was not much garbage on the ground. The bathrooms were as clean as a Portal could be. And security and the police drove through often.

The hill is great to sit and watch planes. Easy to enter. Not always easy to exit.

I also got stuck in gridlock - I'm actually starting to understand why everyone parks on the side of the road with their hazards on instead of using this lot - needless to say I'll be doing laps around arrivals in the future instead of getting stuck and making my wife wait an hour to be picked up while trying to explain the ridiculous situation I was in. Whoever the civil engineer was who designed this should be forced to do several hundred training hours of how Not to design a parking lot, using this example as a case study. (single ingress /egress so close to a traffic light with a popular Left Turn without a dedicated turn arrow is a terrible design, please use this lot at your own peril) - needless to say my wife was not happy, and my night was ruined.

Love this place. Another classic Pacific Northwest venue bursting with angst and anticipation. Easy to find, and hard to leave. Stay classy SeaTac.

The lot seems a good thing considering how crowded it is at the terminal. However, getting back to the terminal when the person you're trying to pick up is ready is less than convenient. First of all it is a long drive to return to the departure area and second of all the signage from the cell phone lot to the departures area is poor
