Andrew and his team did an amazing job on my 2018 Subaru. I asked Andrew for the Level 3 which includes interior and exterior. Without question the best detail shop around. The team was courteous and professional. Andrew was great to work with. Jim's Detail shop is the only place you should think about when you have your car detailed. My car is ready for the winter. Thanks guys.

I was disappointed when I heard Andrew was no longer working at this location but to my surprise he was at another location in Federal way quickly took my truck there and just like always it was quality work with a handshake and a smile it's hard to find people that are happy in there line of work and this guy's is always service with a smile Clean professional work.

One of the best shops I've visited. Staff was super courteous, fast and did an incredible job on the Lexus! These guys are really good at what they do, friendly and have very reasonable prices! Highly recommended.

We had my husband's f150 in for a detail, before trading it in. The detail was ok. The windshield was streaked and the vents were left and his gear shifter in middle was left unclean. If we didn't trade it in I would have said something. This is not my actual problem with the business. When we arrived just before 5, not a single employee was wearing a mask... no one. Not a single employee. We were there about 20 minutes and the only time I saw an employee put on a mask was when he went into the office and he wore it with his nose hanging out, so what's the point. I have zero patients for this. Our covid numbers in south King County are our of control and this makes things worse. I give them 0 stars (but that won't work so they get 1 star) and I reported them and we won't ever be back. WEAR A MASK PLEASE. IT'S NOT ONLY THE LAW, IT SAVES LIVES.
