This is a great complex. I moved in when the building first opened and have been here nearly 3 years now. The interior design is modern and clean and they respond to maintenance requests quickly. Both engineers who visited my unit were professional and kind. They were flexible in working around my schedule and super considerate and careful to clean up any mess they created when addressing the issue. The issue was resolved quickly with little to no disturbance. Absolutely no complaints!

I had a great experience getting setup here at 1404 Boylston. Also, my apartment was sparkling clean when I moved in. Thanks to my leasing agent \Alana\, the process was super smooth. Props!
I’ve had a great move-in experience. I got way more help from management than I had expected. I had a little trouble with my lock but maintenance took care of it in less than an hour. Based on my experience so far I highly recommend this building.
My husband and I lived at this property for 2 years, and I am happy to say that we no longer do. To preface, the apartment we lived in was actually not that bad - floor to ceiling windows, nice views, and decent finishings. But, what made our experience truly unbearable was in part due to the terrible management of the building, paper thin walls through which you can hear way more than you really should, and lack of in-unit appliances. Management: over the 2 years that we lived there, it has been a revolving door. We had so many different managers that it was hard to keep track of their names, let alone know them in person. All of them seemed to have very little competence and no incentive in making residents' lives better. When we were moving out, we had to chase the management to send us our refund. It took them more than a month to get it to us and we had to call them A LOT to get the ball rolling on that. Paper thin walls: the walls are so thin that in fact we could hear our neighbour watching tv and our upstairs neighbour moving their furniture. And really, it was not their fault; it is how the building was built that ultimately leaves you with little privacy. And lastly - in-unit appliances. While of course we knew and anticipated not having in-unit washer/dryer or dishwasher, not even having an oven in your apartment was extremely hard. For the kind of money that they charge, they should at least provide that. To sum up, I think your money would be better spent elsewhere.
Tammy and the rest of the team here were flexible and extremely helpful with our move in. The building is brand new and in a great location!
