Called and was able to speak to a real person. Cary was very helpful in answering my many questions. He was even patient with me getting back to him if I would need his services. He was super flexible. He was already servicing other homes in my area and worked with fitting me into his schedule to get my tank filled today. He didn't require to me to give him prior notice to schedule a delivery date. When on-site, he was still very helpful and informative with continuing to answer more questions that I had. His prices are very competitive if you pay with cash or check. Much lower and more affordable than the big name companies. Great person to deal with and awesome customer service.

I spoke to the owner on the phone and he was unnecessarily rude and seemed to be annoyed that I was asking really basic questions. I accidentally called back when trying to call the next company on the list, so I apologized and said I would call back once I figured it out- the owner then said “no you won’t” and hung up. His unprofessional demeanor took me back to the days before Uber, when you HAD to deal with an ornery taxi dispatch who seemed to have bottomless disdain for the people inquiring about their services.
