An ugly, pee soaked concrete parking garage in the heart of historic Pioneer Square. I honestly do not see what the appeal of this garage is to some people - I get it, it's triangular shape on a sloping street resembles a sinking ship. If you are curious what used to be on this site, look up Hotel Seattle which was erected after the great Seattle fire, but was then demolished in 1962 to make this monstrosity. It's only saving grace is that from the top of it, you can find the best place to view and photograph Smith Tower.

My family and I thought it would be a perfect lot to park in for our night in Seattle, we wish that we would of taken a closer notice that not a single car was in this lot... Our back window was broken roughly 6 hours of staying. The company cannot do anything to help, not even a refund on our poor, 30 stay that we haven't even finished yet. I wish it was better. Next time we will stay somewhere with that is more secure.*
Good location for Pioneer Square.
Don't park here unless you want to test your car's security system. It's almost as if it the owners encourage break-ins. It's also ugly as sin.
Every time I go in here it's impossible to navigate, it smells like pee, and I'm afraid I'm going to be murdered. I do like it as a landmark though. Looks like a sinking ship in the middle of the city.
