This is my first time working with a recruiter and my experience has been great so far!

I have never dealt with an experience worse than dealing with Ajilon in Seattle, Washington. I have been waiting for my check for over a week now and have had nothing but horrible communication through their staff leading me to STILL not have my paycheck. When speaking with the manager Jesavel Rendon Garcia about my frustrations, and was told by her that she \didn't appreciate my attitude\ and after cutting me off multiple times while trying to explain my frustration, told me that she was not done talking and continued speaking. I have been desperately trying to get ahold of someone about the unprofessional and non caring way she handled my concerns. I was then put into their call queue looping me back to the customer service desk. I wouldn't recommend working for Ajilon and specifically under Jesavel Rendon Garcia as she has 0 empathy and an unprofessional manner about her when dealing with serious issues such as pay.
UPDATE....ALL IM GOING TO SAY IS I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT A LARGE COMPANY CAN NOT GET THERE PAYROLL STUFF RIGHT. I HAVE WORKED WITH OTHER AGENCIES NEVER NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY PAYCHECK. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT DIRECT DEPOSIT IS NOT SET UP ON DAY 1. NOW I HAVE TO BE INCONVENIENCE BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY CAN'T CATCH UP WITH THE NOW TIMES. THERE IS NO EXCUSE WHY I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PAYCHECK...Everything was great in the beginning, everyone was nice and helpful. Somewhere things took a turn, unable to get a hold of recruiter, deceptive about position advertised but when you call they have nothing available.
I had my interview with them when I started my job search, was told they would be looking for roles and sending my resume out to employers...never heard back from them even after following up with themperiodically and they ignored my emails...absolutely awful, avoid!
