Amazing Customer Service!!! My mom's new dryer was replaced in less than 30 min! David Wright and Edwin Mckenzie, the delivery drivers, are on point! They went above and beyond to fix her dryer. Mid pandemic, my washer died! Palmer, via phone and with website handy, quickly helped me find what I was looking for, and we did the entire replacement process in about 30 minutes. It was great to not have to visit the store to get what I needed. This was followed by a terrific team of delivery men, who very efficiently and helpfully got the old equipment out, a cupboard moved out of the way, and then the new equipment in, all installed, replaced the cupboard to its usual spot and departed in a little over an hour. What great service and helpful people...thanks.
Our oven (from another vendor) was serially delayed, compromising the entire timeline of our kitchen renovation, home sale and move. Manrique want above and beyond to get us a great replacement despite widespread supply chain issues and shortages. He really saved the day. Thank you Albert Lee and thank you Manrique! Promote that guy or at least double the commission.
This is by far the worst customer service I have received from any retailer on appliances. I purchased a Dacor Column Fridge and Freezer and I had difficulties on the assembly and on some of the features. Customer service didn't sound like they wanted to help me with the problems and even dropped the call after I told them they need to figure out what needs to be done about it. They told to me reach out to the manufacturer directly myself which is their job as the retailer I purchased it from brand new. To purchase such an expensive item I expect to have the same treatment with customer service, if I knew any other retailers that sold this product I would have gladly gone to them and I recommend others do so as well.
