We LOVE Arthur and Associates! I went as a child and now have taken my own children for 2 decades! They're working hard to make Santa visits happen during Covid! Help them out by making an appointment to have a safe photo with Santa! Highly recommended!

Absolutely love Arthur & Associates. They use the original Frederick & Nelson’s Santa set. So the picture of my kids with Santa is the same as when I was a kid. Every Santa is wonderful and jolly and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

So disappointed this year! We have been going to this same Santa for 16 years in Bellevue Sq. While I am grateful that we were still able to get a photo with Santa during this crazy time, we were sad to see how uncreative the set up was and that the price went up considerably -one 5x7 was 42. Previous years were in the high 20’s. No one mentions the steep price hike when making the reservation or when you walk in... quality of the photos went down last year and this year I was expecting a crazy photo although not a huge price hike!

I worked for this company years ago. We worked really hard to make the children smile and create a memorable experience for families. I was disappointed to discover that nobody greeted us, noone attended to make my daughter smile, nobody directed us aside from santa himself when he told me I could sit next to him on his chair. Only after I expressed my dissatisfaction with the first 4 photos, did someone bother to speak to my daughter and attempt to make her smile. I loved working for this company, but sadly it has reduced its staff and its standards to increase it's own profits.
