TMS ruined my life. I wish I could reverse it

I work at a major hospital in the Seattle area, and I know how stressful health systems can be. I appreciate how friendly the staff is at Associated Behavioral Health (ABH). They make appointments and billing easy. And I've received great mental health care. I recommend ABH to anyone who is looking for quality care in a caring setting.

The frond desk staff is professional, competent, and friendly. They're easy to talk to and kind. My counselor is helpful and I have seen improvement in my outlook and behavior while working with them. It has been very helpful.

I really like coming here- but I cannot say I love it. The staff does not communicate well. I've had multiple appointments canceled a few days in advance because the staff went on a last minute vacation. I've had occasions where I need to get something done at a specific time (per there requirement) and they simply reply \we don't have time\. Also, they question my sobriety a lot. I wish they were a little more professional/ respectful when it comes to scheduling & sobriety. It is an okay experience all around.
