This company is just a paid advertising website for attorneys. Their reviews are one sided as they won't accept negative reviews for attorney's that are paying for advertising on their website. If you look at the reviews for the attorneys, they are all five star reviews - no one star reviews or anything below a five star that I could find and I did several searches for attorney's in my city with different specialties. They are protecting really bad attorneys that are paying Avvo for their advertising. I filed a legitimate complaint on an attorney and they emailed me back that they will not accept it. So I checked the other Avvo reviews on the sleazy attorney that I filed the complaint on and of course - all five star reviews!

This company protects corruption and bad attorneys. They live from the attorneys so Avvo protects them. This company accepted a review of an attorney, six months later it was pulled down for community violation and leaving this corrupt attorney with a rating of 5.0. The attorney had 30 reviews and now it dropped to 21, clearing all negative voices from past clients. Is disgusting how Avvo runs things. Protect attorneys and not care about the public’s interest
