It's been more than a year that I have been taking herbs from Dr.Anup and all I can say is that it's been amazing to witness the healthy change in my body, mind and soul. His wisdom and herbs are a great source of help. Along with all that he has good listening skills, where one feels heard.

My first time going and I don't know why people are so rude about it. It is fun, it is relaxing and the massage I got was extraordinary.
I first started seeing Dr. Anup at the end of 2017 to deal with issues of fatigue and a chronic bladder issue. I had been working on these issues both with allopathic and naturopathic therapies for 17 years. I thought -haven’t tried Aryuveda -last ditch effort so to speak. Within months I could feel my energy going up. I felt extremely ‘pampered” with the practices and remedies , unlike anything I had experienced prior. Add to this the extremely caring and thorough care of Dr. Anup to round out the experience of working with Ayurveda. Almost two years later I feel like I have recaptured the energy of my youth! I feel again as if I am 35! I can be running around all day, I can do strenuous exercise without being exhausted afterward and my general outlook on life have changed with the understanding that true healing is possible. Ayurveda asks you to take care of yourself and in the beginning the self care protocol might feel a little daunting for some. Keep at it -it will pay off! Ayurveda has been an amazing revelation for me. I look forward to staying in optimal health with the care and deep knowledge of Dr. Anup as well as my own efforts. Don’t give up -try Ayurveda! Ayurveda Medicine has been a blessing with our family! I've had the opportunity to a few treatments with Dr. Anup, and I am always blown away by his energy and the way he cares for people. He has a great way of communicating his understanding of the medicine and it just brings you a peaceful feeling. After my visits at Natural Rhythms my family could quickly notice my energies were more abundant and happier!
