We ordered Debe and Thiebou Djeun. It took a while for the dishes ready. The food is good, basmati rice is very tasty. The dining environment is kind of noisy. There are limited free parking spots. Staff are friendly.

I’ve never had African food and felt adventurous (visiting from Florida and we don’t have any African food places here I know of.) Best decision we could have made. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They invited us to seat ourselves wherever we like and brought menus. We ordered and when the food took too long (in their view, not ours. We were perfectly content with the wait time) someone brought us a complimentary salad to start. The food was DELICIOUS. I even tried the spicy sauce we were challenged to try out and I loved it. Not too spicy at all! Definitely try the yogurt and pineapple drink. I wish I could have that drink every single day!!

DELICIOUS food and wonderful service! Everything on the menu looks so good and there is such a wide variety. We each had bites of each others' dishes and it was all so GOOD! I will definitely be back to try different things.

Stumbled upon this gem while in town for the day. I wish I had wrote down the names of what we ordered. Mine was a root vegetable with peanut sauce (stew?) served with rice. It was scrumptious. I eagerly gobbled it up and wiped the bowl out with the bread that came with our salad, savoring every last morsel. My husband had roasted chicken and an onion based sauce dish over couscous that he enjoyed. Food was great, service was courteous, and prices were very reasonable. This will be a place I visit whenever I am in Seattle. (My husband and his Libyan business partner used to own and run a North African restaurant. We know good food and this is a place that has it.) Thanks for the great food!
