Great place to keep your boat. concrete docs, the electrical and water Work wonderfully . Tenants are helpful and friendly. Management goes out of their way helpful are always there when you need them. 5 Stars

The location is tough to beat! The main grounds could be taken care of a bit more though. I’ve only run into very friendly boat owners down there. My friend moors her boat there.
