Great emergency service on a cold, snowy night without heat. They were courteous, prompt, and professional. The photo of the service-person who would be arriving texted beforehand was a great security feature that meant a lot. I'm very happy with the work and will be using them in the future.

Ballard Natural Gas did a great job installing a fantastic new gas log set. Done in about half day, right on time and very professional. We love it.
Ballard Natural Gas did a great job installing a gas fireplace insert for us. They were clear in explaining about styles and pricing, and great with helping us chose the right style for our home. The guys who did the installation were clearly very competent and exacting. Communication throughout was excellent. And pricing was better than a major competitor in our neighborhood.
I am so grateful that Ballard Natural Gas responded so quickly during the snow storm. My Furnace shut down at the peak of the storm. Clinton fought through snowdrifts and closed roads to come to my aid. Much appreciated. Fortunately it was a simple repair!
I have been very impressed and happy with their professionalism, courteous service and domain expertise. We have split A/C, gas furnace and electric wall heaters - all systems to heat three different floors in century old house with tremendous heat loss through old single pane windows. These folks suggested an excellent solution to use circulating fan in the summer and gas furnace combined with our split A/C system in the winter to heat up the entire house. As it so happened the previous company had the heating system wired incorrectly that repair tech from Ballard Natural Gas fixed and voila - our house is heated up perfectly! - I highly recommend them and will be using them every time I need to.
