Much cheese, such wow. You can actually taste the quality of the cheese within the first bite. My all-time favorite is of course the Grilled Cheese sandwich. Its melting cheese is always satisfying. Though the Mac & Cheese is really good, i always buy the frozen package at Costco. The portion is huge and tastes just as delicious. We can have Beecher’s anytime we want at home.

This place is located right in pike place market. I got their worlds best Mac and cheese and it was delicious! It's exactly what you'd expect the best mac and cheese to taste like. Definitely try it out if you're visiting the area!

Service here is top notch and made us feel like we came to see family. Arthur gave us some history and let us know the cheese making process. How they receive 40,000 pounds of milk each day and the steps taken to get this down to 30,000 pounds of cheese. How some gets used quickly and how some goes to be aged. Grilled cheese, Mac & cheese and cheese curds is what we tried and they were awesome. Ryan was great too and gave me a great run down of every cheese that is available. What I love the most about Beecher's is that they truly love cheese and will let you know who has the best cheese everywhere else. One of the must see and must try places for everyone in Seattle.

This review is based off my one and only experience at Beecher's. I've passed by the shop numerous times drawn to the sight of their ginormous, oddly satisfying cheese vat displayed for passers-by. Today, I finally braved the long line to try their so-called \World's Best\ Mac & Cheese (Flagship, Just Jack, penne pasta and spices, 6.99 for 8 oz) and grab some cheeses for home. I love how the food and cheese lines are separated to allow a quicker flow. Despite long lines and I was in and out with my food in less than 10 minutes. I gotta say, I was disappointed with the Mac and cheese. I just didn't think it was all that great. It's definitely less creamy than it looks. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad by any means. I just don't agree it's all that hyped up to be. But it's worth trying once! On the other hand, I LOVE my cheeses I brought home. It’s been a challenge not to eat them all in one sitting! Marco Polo (cracked green and black peppercorn blended into creamy cheese, 12.00 for approx. 7 oz.) was by far my favorite! So good, so worth the price! Packed with flavor and freshness, this is one of the best cheeses I've ever had. SheepSheep (25.00 for approx. 7 oz) was very unique, definitely different than any cheese I've ever tasted. Think earthy fruity blended into creamy fresh cheese that melts in your mouth. I’d definitely grab more cheese next time I’m a Pikes, or I just may succumb to my cravings and order more online. I’ll also give their food another shot, hopefully be able to upgrade this to 5 stars!

BEST MAC AND CHEESE!! I ordered the \world's best\ mac and cheese and it was absolutely delicious! The flavor had the right amount of kick to it and it was really good reheated later! My husband ordered the \smoked salmon\ mac and cheese and found that it added and different element and would recommend it to fish lovers! Great local place! Would visit again!
