After getting quotes from several different companies to ship a particular item from WA to CA, John at this business told me there are more affordable, smarter options out there to ship it than Big D Towing. He even gave me a phone number to one that he personally recommended. He saved me TONS of money by simply being honest and full of integrity. The fact that he deliberately lost the opportunity to make money off of me, so that I, a stranger to him, could benefit, speaks volumes to me, and, if I don’t get the chance to use their business in the future, I hope many other people will see this review that demonstrates their transparency, and trust their business with them.

Great service! I called several services for a quote, Big D had the best price. Driver was friendly and professional. I had a flat and needed to be towed to a tire service. I mentioned my frustration that I would have to wait until Monday- the driver knew that Firestone was open on Sundays so we went there instead. Very happy overall
Kevin helped me out the other day when I had a flat tire. Nobody ever taught me how to change a flat before, which I mentioned to him. He took the time to explain what he was doing and show me the steps, which was really so nice of him. Highly recommend and my fingers are crossed for you that you get Kevin too if you call for assistance from these guys!
These guys saved my whole night- being a newer truck owner I came back to a flat tire and was totally lost shamefully. BJ showed up in 15 minutes and went truly above and beyond Making extremely honest and ethical recommendations start to finish- these guys are truly top notch and I’ll never use another towing company except Big D’s. I was honestly blown away by the patience and professionalism they showed- he walked me through exactly how he did it and explained it in a simple and effective way so someone (me) who is a complete newb could understand. Super super grateful to these guys and BJ specifically- you guys absolutely crushed it- THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!
