Professional - they get down to business straight away, wear masks, & take off their shoes without being asked; knowledgeable - they've been able to diagnose the problem quickly, and always take the time to answer my novice homeowner questions; they call ahead to say they're on their way (or they're running late - hey, it happens, and I appreciate the transparency), and perhaps the greatest endorsement of all - we have a new baby in the house, and each time they've been over, somehow the baby has managed to be sleeping lol. When I tell them that the baby is sleeping, they actually tiptoe around the house, whisper to me and to each other (when there are two repair technicians), and are actually as quiet as I believe they can be when fixing pipes in the wall and floor. Fantastic company who we have used multiple times - highly recommend!

They were friendly, hard-working, patient with me, determined what I wanted, acquired a new faucet and toilet, and installed them both in a short period of time. I definitely would hire them again and am very happy with the results.
We’re a commercial bakery. Other plumbing companies we’ve had before were either deceiving or trying to up sell repairs/services we don’t need. We feel very lucky to finally found Bob Oates. They were quick to respond, offered fast service and charged us fairly and honestly. No hidden cost, no trip charge. Tim was our technician. He was nice and even cleaned up?!! Our mess. Omg.. we’re so impressed by this company that we took the time to write this review, which is our very first ever. Thank you Bob Oats team!
We have used Bob Oates Plumbing twice, and they have been professional, highly effective, and honest. The technician was on time and was very knowledgeable. We are very happy with the service and, even though the cost was a little higher than other quotes we received, we would continue using them for any future plumbing needs,
