The best time is to show up right before they're about to open because the indoor dining is limited and there's almost always a wait. The food was very good and serving size was good (we went for lunch). You can park in the uwajimaya parking lot and get your parking validated in the restaurant. or else, there's limited street parking around the streets. We got the beef and the lamb.

Boiling Point never dissapoints. Always great hot pot! This particular location is very popular so expect some wait time but your patience will pay off! Covid has definitely impacted wait time so be prapared and understanding. Paid street parking available and if you park in the paid parking lot make sure to get your ticket validated!

I understand it’s busy and in complicated times, but we were told a table wait would be 30-45 minutes (so we’re guessing, eh, probably an hour.) Unfortunately, we ended up waiting over 2.5 hours for a table (We signed up for a spot at 3:00 on the dot, and were seated at 4:40PM). I continued to go in and check and explain we had been waiting for Many hours, even as other people were sat before us, but there was not much understanding. This part was disappointing. However, in general the workers and cooks were very kind and gracious. And the food, 5 STARS! SO GOOD! Delicious and authentic, not for people looking for overly Americanized food. Fermented flavors? Check. Quail eggs? Check. DELICIOUS and will be back for the food alone. Waiting for Over 2 hours for a table in not specifically a problem; but LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW! this way, we can go do other things with the kids while waiting for the text.

I love this place even though it quite expensive. The hotpot is really good and spot on for me. There are some of the small think that you need to remember when you visit are: It is really crowded during peak so be prepared or expect ahead. You can go during lunch for cheaper price and have a free drink. The upgrade rice is worth, but consider the food portion. It could be huge for some people.

A really great authentic hotpot place. There are a bunch of different combos to choose from, and spice level is very customisable. The service is really good as food came out fast and I didn't have to worry about water refills. The food itself is also very delicious, filling, and well worth the price. It can get crowded during peak hours though so be warned. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to eat some delicious hotpot in Seattle!
