I ordered a Leon Kennedy funko pop in October and since have sent almost 30 messages asking what has happened and not a single person has helped me. Even though I have an order stating it was never delivered and I have the merchants info and he won't respond either. Ridiculous.

I ordered on april 28th and have yet to recieve my product even after several attemps of trying to contact through email. This is by far the worst company ever yo fo business with.

Surprised at the gorgeous, well packed plants I received in timely fashion. As with any living thing, shipping will create set-backs but these plants recovered beautifully. Would buy again without hesitation from this site.
I've been very happy with Bonanza. They are right on top of things. I receive what I order very quickly from them. I am dealing with one of their sellers right now who is not getting back to me. Bonanza has been working to resolve this for me. This is great customer service.

I have an aging lift chair and searched the internet to find a replacement adapter for it. I found it on Bonanza and expected it would take a while to receive. I was so impressed with the service I received from the seller. All of my questions were answered promptly and it was shipped immediately and received in just a few days! This is the first time I have used Bonanza but I will definitely turn to it first when a need arises.
First time ordering so was a bit nervous. Item tracking was not updating however seller (Yanzi520926) replied several times to my emails asking for update and provided status. Item arrived right on the originally provided timing from the seller (despite the tracking info not available). Item was exactly as shown and described and son is quite happy with the purchase. Will use seller again if another item of interest is added to their booth.
