Really thrilled to enjoy authentic Sichuan cuisines in a winter night! The restaurant has a well-deserved reputation locally and it's easy to see why. Despite the pandemic, the service was very attentive and thoughtful. I highly recommend paying for the dressing bar since you get a variety of condiments, including cut citrus and icy syrup to ingest when your mouth is on fire! All ingredients are packed in small boxes for easy and safe access. For someone less familiar with hot pot, just go with the combo. The only thing we don't like is the marinated cumin lamb, which are cut in big chunks that take too long to cook.

First the presentation. The ring of meat for 20. Fantastic. Second the decor. One of the cleanest and best looking Chinese restaurant anywhere. Third the service. Attentive, friendly, smiling. I love hotpot and this is so far the best I've been in the Pacific Northwest.
Best hotpot in town. What makes it the best is the service. It includes everything you do or do not expect. Definitely recommend.
