They work with our associations' management agency. It seems they are paid just to show up because the take no effort to do the work. They give us a 6 hour window to show up. When they do show up to the door they knock, ignoring the video door bell, wait 40 seconds and leave. They had every chance to come back an try again but didn't. Find someone else who is actually interested in doing the work.

I bought a house where the venting in the chimney for our gas appliances was all wrong. The Chimney Specialists recognized exactly what was wrong and were able to fix it. The thing that takes this from good service to great service is that there were complications during the install and they took the extra time to make sure the complications were worked out at no extra cost on top of the original bid.
Great service. Alejandro put in the effort to carefully clear things out of the way and took shoes off. He was forward in expressing the work he was doing and was very thorough. Quick job, and would definitely recommend these guys.
The crew that came out to my building was amazing they showed up on time did a great job and didn't leave any mess I would recommend them highly
