The sauna blanket barely gave me a sweat. When I walked in they offered me a mask and shot, which they did not disclose were add on purchases. Rather than comping my experience they only offered me a complimentary sauna for next time, which judging from one of the reviews does not sound promising. When I expressed my disappointed they sales person told me “maybe I didn’t drink enough water”, as a medical professional I know that has nothing to do with it. I am disheartened by the customer service and will not being returning nor recommending.

Wallingford location has the Bohemian lodge feel. One of a kind experience in Seattle starting with lymphatic drainage, infra red sweat and relaxation. Ask about punch cards, you'll want to go back. Massage and cavitation also available and Amethyst bio mat is coming to Wallingford. It's only available at Madison Park location for now. Easily a weekly visit.

I absolutely love this place! Beca helped me our and she was great and very welcoming. I went there for a sauna session but ended up getting the lymphatic drainage as well, after that I was hooked and signed up for the monthly membership. Would definitely recommend ;)

10 months into COVID and they still book slots robotically having multiple groups (one group of 4; the two of us; and a single) show up at the same moment. Why not stagger the start times by 5-10 minutes rather than have everyone (7 people who aren't quarantining together) be scheduled to show up at the same moment? The saunas themselves are lower quality. The experience overall is \meh.\ There's little sense of a \spa\ or of attention to the details that make for a good experience - not even a separate hook for when sharing a sauna with another.
