Cook Weaver is always a delight! The food is unique, inventive and always delicious. They call themselves inauthentic Eurasian! I don't know about the inauthentic part but it is definitely a wonderful merger of Asian styles with some European and even American styles. The menu is always changing which makes Cook a even more interesting place. The drinks are just the same, interesting combinations or new takes on classics. To top it off, they have the most beautiful space with an storied mural running through the entire space. The restaurant is unassuming from the front and it is easy to walk by without realizing. During Covid, they've been excellent in their care, offering pick-up service! For dine-in, they have tables outside and the tables inside are very social distanced. The staff wear masks and they have a signal process to minimize contact. I absolutely love this place. If you're in Cap Hill, stop by and enjoy amazing food.

Do yourself a favor, bring some friends and order everything on their menu! This is what we did, and it was amazing! The menu and flavor combinations are on point. Food presentation is beautiful and service was friendly and attentive. I'd definitely go back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hole in the wall place with fun, unique and creative dishes.

This is by far my favourite restaurant in Seattle and my go to for taking guests from out of town. Every dish I have had has been great to exceptional. The staff, front and back of the house, are so friendly, kind, and take the experience to the next level. Highly recommended! A I don't normally review places online but Cook Weaver is an exception due to its exceptional food, staff, style, care, and attention to detail. Bravo!
If you haven’t eaten here yet and you live in Seattle you are doing yourself a disservice! The food is delicious, the staff are amazing and the atmosphere is delightful. Every single person I’ve recommended this place to LOVES IT AND RAVES about the outstanding food and service. Even friends of mine who have visited from outside Seattle still remember their wonderful experience here. The only thing that’s a challenge is trying not to order the entire menu. Which they have brilliantly created the tasting menu to solve that. Nervous about Covid? Try the takeout and you will not be disappointed! I highly recommend this restaurant. You will leave with a full tummy and a bright smile on your face!!!
