We went in not knowing what to expect. The chef Shinya was amazing! He shared the history of sushi with us, answered many questions, made the experience very relaxing, informative and delicious. Defiantly would recommend.

We didn’t know what to expect but chef Fumiko was fantastic! She is kind and has a very comfortable space for cooking. The food was really good, and we learned so much. We will definitely take another one of her classes! A great, safe way to stay busy during COVID times.

Fumiko did an excellent job explaining the art of sushi making and included details of her own experience. The sushi was pretty easy to make and tasted authentic. We are planning on looking into some of her other cooking classes. We would recommend this to anyone who likes sushi!

We signed up for a Contemporary Tapas cooking class. We were disappointed. This is not a cooking class. There were no recipe sheets. The food was prepared ahead of time and we were invited to watch Chef Robert cook and plate the food. Chef Robert and his wife were very warm and inviting. A knife skills presentation was helpful but the only hands on part of the class. It was interesting to watch Mrs. Chef plate the food.

Great experience! Chef Shinya not only shared history and lots of information regarding ramen, but also shared cooking tips and tricks. It was a relaxed atmosphere and fun! Would highly recommend.
