Diaper stork has the best customer service, bar none. They were so flexible and accommodating with multiple starts and stops as we navigated cloth diapering our preemie son. They are responsive, attentive and extremely helpful in answering questions and giving advice/guidance, especially when we decided to transition from full service to purchase and wash at home. They have my business for as long as we need cloth diaper supplies, services, and guidance.

We loved using diaper stork. We took a free online intro to cloth diapering class that they offered which was super helpful. We ended up renting the basic service/prefold diapers to wash at home on a month to month basis, that way if we didn't like it we didn't waste a bunch of money. The only reason we stopped our service was because I inherited a bunch of cloth diapers from a family member so we no longer needed them from diaper stork. Their customer service is super helpful and responsive and we highly recommend them.
Diaper Stork customer services is just incredible. The products are great, and yes we are all trying to do a little something for the environment, but the thing that puts Diaper Stork over the edge is how flexible, kind, and customer service oriented they are. We will continue to buy all our cloth diapering products from them in the future.
Diaper Stork is fantastic. We used a different diaper service previously and it was constantly an issue, to the point I ended up moving to Diaper Stork. I am so happy I did! We have had zero issues with them, love all their automated bill paying capabilities, as well as being able to order supplies and that the supplies are delivered with the diaper service. I consistently buy new diapers and diaper creams from them. I’m thankful for them and all that they do!!!
If you're considering cloth diapers and are looking for a high-quality, responsive, and super awesome company then Diaper Stork is for you! The customer service is really awesome. I loved that we could put our service on hold when we were on vacation and they even delivered to a temporary address for us while we were between house moves for a month. Absolutely recommend!
Great service and value! We used them for a year before switching to washing diapers at home. They also offer free potty training classes for infants and toddlers.
I thought cloth diapering would be a little more overwhelming than it was. Diaper Stork made things so easy with their Intro To Cloth Diapering course and is a very dependable service!
Diaper Stork WE LOVE YOU! I don't know where to start. Everyone at the company was extremely friendly and helpful! My daughter looked forward to getting her diaper delieveries! I want to thank everyone at the company for being apart of our family for the last year! We will miss you.
