Fantastic staff , they handle our King County metro employees account. Some items are on hand others need to be ordered but never have encountered a negative view from anybody working at this place they're always pleasant to deal with Even if the orders need to be mailed. Anybody looking for a uniform store that's a place to be they've been in service for many years.

I'm glad we no longer are forced to order uniforms through here. They were sub super slow in shipping out orders even if it was one shirt it took 6-10 weeks to get to you. Customer service was generally miss. Often they'd ship it to the store you worked at even though you never provided them that information. You can not have more than one address stored in their data base at a time. So if your shipping address is different than your billing you're out of luck to order. Their sizings are very odd and do not fit the average American. They do not have a sizing chart on their website to assist in fitting. It's trial and error ordering. I tried ordering a medium and it was very tight. I went with a large and it looked huge on me. It's expensive to exchange them because the consumer must pay the return costs. When the company changed their uniforms I could not wear them. I was allergic to them. I'm glad we no longer are forced to order these uniforms. After reading through the newer reviews it sounds like their business practices have not changed all that much. It sounds like they've gotten slower.
