Chef Joe was awesome! He shared so much info about the history of Pikes Place Market and made our interaction memorable! We will be back to do it again.

Liz and her team are amazing! I have done the Pike Place food tour, a cooking class, and 2 team building events one in person and one online. I highly recommend Eat Seattle! The food is amazing, you learn about history and food science, and they are fun and professional!

Chef Liz came to our apartment to cook a three course meal and dessert for my birthday. The food was absolutely delicious and she made the experience feel SO special! It was a great way to celebrate with another couple without going to a restaurant. I’d highly recommend hiring Eat Seattle for your next special dinner in!!

Such a fun experience with Chef Liz! I had booked the market tour and cooking class for April, but due to COVID it was canceled. Super excited when Liz emailed and let me know she would be doing some pop-up classes with a smaller group and I picked to learn how to make Halibut and Panzanella. As a Seattleite, I hit the local markets often to get seafood and vegetables. I do most of my meals at home and love to cook! Liz showed me some new tricks and techniques that I will use in my day to day cooking. The Panzanella salad will now be on repeat all summer long too! I love that this was a small group (5 of us!) and Liz made sure we were all safe. She wore a face shield and we were all spaced out. The group was fun and we were all locals, but anyone coming from out of town should absolutely take this class! You will learn new tips and tricks that you will be able to take home to your kitchen to utilize in your day to day cooking. Thank you Chef Liz! I will definitely take more of your classes in the future!
