Fished with Matt on Sunday and while it was cold and snowing, Matt did a great job of giving me way to improve my swing. He also worked hard to find us fish. Friendly, knowledgable and able to teach. What else could you want in a guide. Plan to fish with Matt and Emerald Water Anglers again and so should you. Thanks,

Awesome experience! I’m not a fisherwoman by any means, but stopped in to get a birthday gift for my boyfriend. The female sales associate (unfortunately I didn’t get her name), went above and beyond helping me create a lure kit for him with the little info I was able to provide about my boyfriend’s fishing habits. She even included a note with tips on using individual lures in his favorite area. I was also surprised to see they have women’s fishing groups and classes, which sounded awesome based on what was shared with me! Anyways, he loved his gift and is excited to check out the store sometime!
Great customer service! Jeff was helpful, knowledgeable and set me up with all the gear I needed to have a great day on the water. Stoked to have a local shop that I can trust and who cares.
I am so frustrated and disappointed with you guys. We came out, excited to buy 2 full fishing sets (waders, boots, rods, reels, flies...the whole works) from a local company for the holidays and you guys have dropped the ball so many times I wish we could return everything we purchased and work with a company that cared about its customers. You lost our order, tried to double charge us when you finally found it, then never contacted us again and we had to keep reaching out to you to fix the issue. You originally said you would be shipping it to us within a week back at the beginning of December. We have had to reach out so many times and each time you act horrified about the matter and repeatedly apologize and tell us you will be looking into things but then we never hear from you again. I will never buy anything again from you guys and will not be sending anyone to you from my community. We had even talked about doing outreach for women and women of color and to stay in touch and its just fluff like your service is.
I drove past EWA several times going to the post office to grab my grandfathers mail. He taught me to fly fish and tie fly's and rod's in the Black Hill of SD. I stopped in a couple years ago and I have bought a rod, waders, fly lines and fly's since. Great shop, knowledgeable employees.
